Çatalçam – Yahyalı chrome site is 55 km away from Yahyalı District.

25 drillings of 2,665.7 meters had been carried out at 19 locations in total in the year 2011 in the site.

Çatalçam chrome site is in northeast-southwest (135) direction and inclined to the southeast with 50-65 degrees.

A 13,91% Cr2O3 graded visible reserve of 423,380 tons was determined through the drilling works at Çatalçam chrome site. Also, a possible reserve of 615,000 tons of 5-6% Cr2O2 grade is expected on average in other regions of the site.
