DOĞANÇAY FACILITY
The facility established in late 1980s has been renewed and developed in time. The facility consist of 3 (three) sections. These are:
TRIAGE UNIT
The ore over 250 mm is washed and manually selected, and a production of 15,000 tons/year is made.
JIG UNIT
Low grade ore below 25 mm is also decomposed at the jig unit by the gravity method. A production of 6800 tons/year is made with 2 (two) jig units, each having a capacity of 28000 tons/year.
CONCENTRATE UNIT
A concentrate of 12000 tons/year is produced on average by carrying out crushing, grinding, and enriching processes at our facility of 106000 tons/year.
The waste is stocked as solid waste first by the thickener unit and then filtering through solid-liquid separation method.
